Photos from TTXGP today, courtesy of Amadeus Photography

You gotta love the twitterverse.  Here’s the beauty of an application that allows me and many others access to the excellent photos of a man across the Atlantic Ocean, on a little island situated between England and Scotland.  Thank you, Amadeus, for posting these pics, and for keeping us updated via Twitter (and your Blackberry) during the practice runs today.

Oh, and this from “Manx Badger” on the iomtt forum:

Rob Barber managed 26 mins and about 20-odd seconds I think. The average speed was 85 point something, so about a 1mph improvement on yesterday. He went through Sulby at 98mph, so not quite as good as the 102mph reading yesterday. Most of the other bikes recorded improved times – both the Brammo bikes ( the green ones ridden by Roy Richardson and Mark Buckley and sponsored by Best Buy) recorded laps over 70mph average. Thomas Schonfelder on bike 18 also lapped at over 70mph. Barber is definitely the man to watch on Friday, although Mark Miller looked very quick on the no. 5 bike. He made it to Ramsey but then must have stopped after that as he never came round to complete the lap.

Great pics! Thanks for finding that information on the iomtt forum and posting it up. Great bunch of TT fanatics there. I love reading the opinions/comments for and against electrics.

Looks fantastic! Wish I could be there not hearing them live!
