This video just showed up on YouTube. I sent a message to the user (Thanks Ken!) and he provided some background. He visited Brammo about a year ago and was given the demo by Aaron Bland, Lead Engineer. Although this prototype was missing some features (e.g. a key), Bland mentions that the instrument cluster shows information such as range, battery level, battery temperature, battery current, odometer.
